Moved to Niagara Falls from the GTA and decided to rent to afford me the opportunity to familiarize myself with the city. When the time was right, I contacted the Property Girls to represent me. I had some bad experiences with realtors in the past, and was a little wary. This apprehension was quickly dispelled the moment I met Kathy. She came across as always happy, willing to share a joke. But when it came to real estate, she was all business. She took time to understand the needs and wants of the client, research and offer alternatives. When we decided to make an offer, she represented our interests with tenacity. We got a deal that was fair for all sides. After the inspection, there were some repairs that had to be done. She negotiated the work with the owner and later arranged the contractors for me. The work was done promptly and professionally. After everything was said and done, the Property girls still remain responsive to my questions. Their knowledge of Niagara Falls is exceptional. It was like dealing with family.
